Beer Can Chicken ...



This way of cooking a chicken is a great way to make sure it comes off the grill moist and tasty. Here's one site with directions... There are many others.

Looks delish but I didn't get to see the entire video. It stopped at 2 mins. and had 2 mins. to go. I'm sure it's probably something I didn't do right. ILY
