UPDATE: OK.... That was a bit strange. But I swear there was nothing else in my coffee except vanilla and Nutrasweet. I swear.

Jeffrey, at this time of the morning, you need to be in bed. I know you probably have to unwind from work but...you need some sleep too. I know how you are when you don't get enough rest. I do remember when you lived here and stayed up all hours. I love you but please start getting to bed earlier.
