Polar Bear plunge is today in Rehoboth

Esteban is a Polar Bear Plunge veteran and will be doing it again today. The temperature in Rehoboth Beach, Del., is supposed to be in the 20s when this happens at 1 this afternoon. Shrinkage is a definite, I would say.
